I would love to be a chef.
I always loved cooking. In fact when I am stressed, one of my favourite calming activity is watching cooking shows from around the world.
Every spice or ingredient has a specific flavour and personality. You can’t just get together few items and expect it to be called food. You have to know exact character the ingredient has and how it gets together with other ingredients. This is so interesting.
The best part is. once you are done you can enjoy your work.
Europian and Russian dishes are a work of art but they are on extreme opposite ends.
